U-Mask is delighted to announce a partnership with W Series, the all-female single-seater racing championship, ahead of this season’s race at Silverstone.

All female racers involved in W Series will be provided with U-Mask, protecting them throughout the paddock.

U-Earth Biotech’s U-Mask is an innovative, biotech, reusable face mask that bidirectionally counteracts the passage of external microorganisms and neutralizes them for up to 200 hours of respiratory use, thanks to its Biolayer™. U-Mask has been designed to fit well on the face, optimize protection efficiency and be extremely comfortable, even when worn for prolonged periods.

Sporting teams and organizations have quickly taken to U-Mask with other partners including F1 Teams, Red Bull KTM, SailGP, Urania Basket Milano, and Sky Tempesta Racing. U-Mask combines high performance with a fashionable design and is a perfect addition to complete a uniform or enhance brand image.

Catherine Bond Muir (Chief Executive Officer, W Series) said:

The global battle against the COVID-19 pandemic continues and, as a truly international racing series, we always prioritise the safety of all our drivers and support staff. Our partnership with U-Mask ensures that our tight-knit team feels safe and able to maintain the incredible work ethic which has taken W Series so far in such a short period of time. In addition, U-Mask’s bespoke design will continue to make W Series distinguishable in the paddock as we strive to change the face of motorsport.

Lorenzo Di Cataldo (Head of Partnerships at U-Earth Biotech) said,

We are really excited about partnering with W Series. Supporting female talent at the highest level is something that we are truly passionate about as a company and we cannot wait to see how the championship unfolds. Also, it’s a real pleasure to not only contribute to athletes’ protection but to also complete their outfit with a stylish accessory.”

W Series visits Silverstone on 16-17th July 2022 ahead of a further five races in the calendar in countries including Belgium, USA and Mexico.
